Communication skills are essential as you will interact with diverse groups of guests and collaborate with food-service associates to oversee dining room operations.
Your duties will also include supervising team members, assisting with training new staff, and managing closing procedures ensuring all side work and station setups are complete. Being knowledgeable in emergency safety procedures and ready to assist with safety evacuations is critical. Occasionally, you will support food service tasks and operate various equipment such as beverage machines and fire extinguishers.
