Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible schedules
- compliance with health and safety regulations

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain friendly and professional under pressure
- basic math skills for handling seating arrangements
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- seat guests according to restaurant guidelines
- manage the waiting list and ensure efficient table turnover
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- assist guests with any seating arrangements or special requests
- communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team
- help ensure overall guest satisfaction
