Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum age 18
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • seat guests promptly and efficiently
  • manage waitlists and reservations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • provide information about menu, services, and restaurant policies
  • assist in managing guest flow to optimize seating
  • communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction
