Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age 18
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- legal authorization to work in the country
- willingness to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- seat guests promptly and efficiently
- manage waitlists and reservations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- provide information about menu, services, and restaurant policies
- assist in managing guest flow to optimize seating
- communicate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction
