Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
Engage in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with the beverage orders for guests
Complete side work, clean and assist other team members as needed
Manage guest seating and reservation flow efficiently
Handle payment transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
