Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively

Job Duties

Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with beverage orders for guests
Completing side work
Cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
Managing seating assignments and waitlists
Providing accurate information about menu items
Supporting smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
