Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or host/hostess role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries and requests politely and professionally
Monitor and assist in the dining room to ensure guest satisfaction
Stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds as needed
