Job Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours
Must check guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team

Job Duties

Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
Address guest concerns and inform Manager
Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
Set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
Check guest identification to ensure minimum 40-year age requirements for alcohol consumption
Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
Follow cashier sequence of service excellence
Answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
Ensure correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to guests
Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
Bag and manage takeout orders, verify accuracy
Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about quality of service
Ensure PCI credit card compliance
Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
Perform other duties as assigned
