Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in customer service preferred
- ability to stand and move on feet for lengthy periods
- ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, reaching, handling, twisting
- effective verbal communication skills
- capability to maintain calm and tact in challenging situations

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
- use upselling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- address guest concerns and inform manager
- promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
- set up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
- check guest identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol consumption
- adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department procedures
- follow cashier sequence of service excellence
- answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
- take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- ensure correct drinks and food are delivered to guests
- collect payment and process transactions
- practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- bag and manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
- maintain a clean and orderly cashier area
- thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback
- ensure PCI credit card compliance
- unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- perform other duties as assigned
