Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience in customer service preferred
ability to stand and move on feet for lengthy periods
ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
ability to perform physical tasks including carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, reaching, handling, twisting
effective verbal communication skills
capability to maintain calm and tact in challenging situations
basic familiarity with food handling and safety standards
adherence to age verification protocols for alcoholic beverage service

calm and tactful demeanor when managing difficult situations

ability to form strong working relationships within a team

minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
physical ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4-hour periods

Job Duties

Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
use upselling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
address guest concerns and inform manager
promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
set up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
check guest identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol consumption
adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department procedures
follow cashier sequence of service excellence
answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
ensure correct drinks and food are delivered to guests
collect payment and process transactions
practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
bag and manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
maintain a clean and orderly cashier area
thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback
ensure PCI credit card compliance
unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
perform other duties as assigned
