This broad network of properties encompasses a variety of distinctive brands including Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Axiom Hospitality in Europe, and PYRAMIDWORKS, which specializes in integrated workplace and facilities services. Headquartered through multiple offices in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid Global Hospitality combines the advantages of global scale with a personalized, hands-on management approach that emphasizes exceptional service, operational excellence, and the cultivation of long-term partnerships. The company prides itself on fostering a welcoming and empowering workplace culture where employees are respected, supported, and given ample opportunities to grow professionally. Team members benefit from working alongside experienced leaders, engaging in meaningful assignments that stretch their capabilities, and gaining exposure to a diverse collection of hotel brands and market segments. Pyramid Global Hospitality has earned numerous prestigious recognitions including listings as one of the best places to work by USA Today, The Boston Globe, and The Houston Chronicle. Their properties have also received top travel industry accolades from Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report.

Among Pyramid Global Hospitality's esteemed properties is the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, located in vibrant College Station, Texas. This flagship hotel offers 250 guest rooms, 23 versatile meeting rooms, and an impressive 35,000 square feet of event and meeting space, accommodating a wide array of guests and functions. The Hotel and Conference Center is a shining example of the company’s Howdy Hospitality spirit, blending the warm, welcoming culture of Aggieland with best-in-class service. The hotel caters to individuals and groups alike, making it a hub for community events, conferences, and special occasions that call for a memorable guest experience. Joining the team at this property means embarking on a rewarding career where the focus is on making a meaningful difference and shaping remarkable experiences for both guests and fellow associates.

The current opportunity is a part-time Host/Hostess position at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. This role is essential in creating the first impression for guests visiting the hotel's restaurant, establishing a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the moment they arrive. As a Host/Hostess, you will greet guests warmly, seat them promptly and courteously, and support the broader operational team whenever possible. Your role is vital in setting the mood and tone of dining experiences, ensuring smooth and efficient seating that aligns with restaurant workflow and guest expectations. The position demands attentiveness to guest needs, effective communication with kitchen and service staff, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This role is especially critical during high-demand times such as Texas A&M football game days, graduations, and other major events, which require flexibility and dedication to meet business needs. The compensation for this role is $12 per hour, reflecting a competitive wage for part-time hospitality professionals in the region.

Pyramid Global Hospitality is deeply committed to its employees, providing a rich array of benefits including a 401k plan with company match and immediate vesting after 90 days, access to wellness platforms offering support for associates and their households, extensive training programs that cultivate both hospitality and non-hospitality skill sets, and discounts on pet insurance and stays at hundreds of properties within their portfolio nationwide. For full-time employees, additional benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, identity theft protection, legal assistance, life insurance, and eligibility for tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service. Working at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center not only offers a stable and rewarding career path in a reputable hospitality company but also the chance to be part of a culture grounded in positivity, respect, integrity, dedication, and excellence. This is a place where team members are truly empowered to ‘‘Be the Difference’’ in the guest experience and their colleagues’ professional lives. If you have a passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is well suited for you.
