We are currently looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our dynamic team as Hosts or Hostesses. This role is critical as it represents the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. As a Host or Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel valued and well cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will play a pivotal role in managing guest flow, facilitating efficient seating, and collaborating with service staff to maintain smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling payments and billing

Job Duties
- Answer phones promptly and courteously
- Greet incoming guests warmly and sincerely thank them upon their departure
- Efficiently handle, package, and tender To-Go orders
- Present accurate bills, process payments securely, and adhere to all cash handling protocols
- Maintain detailed records of coupons, cash, promotions, and vouchers
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about our restaurant offerings
- Keep the arrival area clean and organized throughout your shift
- Monitor guest flow within the restaurant, including table turnover and guest pacing
- Collaborate with service staff to reset tables in a timely manner
- Address and clean up any spills or breakages that occur
- Pre-set flatware and keep menus and inserts in excellent condition
- Communicate guest needs to management and service staff effectively
- Page and seat guests in a comfortable and efficient manner
- Ensure guests feel comfortable while waiting, including offering
