The company is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host to join The Bradley's team. The Host role is pivotal to the restaurant's success, serving as the very first and last point of contact for guests. This position requires a personable and quick-thinking individual who sets a positive tone for every guest visit, ensuring that all interactions are welcoming and efficient.

In this role, the Host is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing the flow of the dining area by monitoring open tables, estimating wait times, and maintaining the guest waiting list. Additionally, the Host supports the service team by addressing guest needs while they wait and facilitating smooth operations such as booking reservations and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
