This role as a Host/Hostess at The Ritz-Carlton provides an exciting opportunity to be part of this esteemed team recognized for luxury hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements efficiently, and ensure that each visitor enjoys a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment they enter the dining area. This involves greeting guests with a friendly demeanor, assessing the size of their party, and seating them at clean, suitably arranged tables that include proper place settings with napkins, clean silverware, and menus that are current and free from wrinkles. You will navigate the dining rooms to assist guests as needed, organize seating for special groups, and maintain cleanliness throughout the area following clean-as-you-go procedures.
