Host/Hostess

Through communication with the Manager on Duty, the Hostess at this restaurant greets and escorts guests to tables, answers phone calls, and manages reservations. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, maintaining the host desk, handling reservations, communicating effectively with guests and team members, following safety procedures, and working efficiently as part of a team.
