We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire dining experience at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love interacting with people. As a Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and friendliness, managing waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest flow, answering phone calls, handling reservations, and promptly responding to guest inquiries. Additionally, you will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to help ensure smooth and timely service to all guests. Maintenance of the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area is also an important part of your daily duties. Occasionally, you may assist with other front-of-house tasks to support the team.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. An outgoing personality coupled with a passion for providing exceptional customer service will help you succeed in this position. While previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus, it is not mandatory. Flexibility with work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the demands of this bustling sports bar and grill environment. The position offers an hourly wage of $17.50, paid bi-weekly, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation.
