The company’s success is driven by its people, who strive constantly to push boundaries and reach new heights professionally while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Four Seasons values familiarity and new connections alike, aiming to ensure every guest feels recognized and welcomed, which reflects its commitment to building lasting, meaningful relationships. The brand’s mission focuses on enriching lives by connecting individuals with the world around them and making lasting impressions that guests cherish long after their stay.
Located in the vibrant and historic city of New Orleans, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences offer an iconic riverfront location that captures the authentic spirit of the city. Nestled within a landmark tower on the banks of the Mississippi River, the hotel provides guests with stunning views, a luxurious blend of culture and comfort, and exquisite Louisiana cuisine served at its in-house dining establishments. The property features a resort-style pool and a spectacular 34th-floor observation deck, perfect for private events and premier cityscape views. This setting embodies luxury and tradition, making it a premier choice for visitors seeking an elevated hospitality experience in this celebrated American city.
The hotel is currently seeking warm, engaging, and service-focused individuals to join its Food & Beverage team as Host/Hostess. This position plays a pivotal role as the first and last point of contact for guests visiting the dining venues, ensuring their experience is pleasant from the initial greeting to their departure. Hosts/Hostesses contribute significantly to setting the tone for memorable meals by demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality. They collaborate closely with servers and management to maintain an organized flow of reservations and table management, optimizing the dining space for guest comfort and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, managing the reservation book, making informed recommendations about table arrangements, ensuring dining areas are immaculate, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings. Your contributions will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall impression of service excellence that Four Seasons is known for. This employment opportunity offers flexibility in scheduling with varying shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, accommodating a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere that requires stamina and a keen eye for detail.
Joining Four Seasons as a Host/Hostess also means becoming part of a rewarding work culture that prioritizes ongoing development through mentoring and training programs. Employees benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k with company match after just 30 days, discounted accommodations worldwide, and a robust paid time off schedule that honors local festivities such as Mardi Gras. Additionally, team members receive complimentary meals and uniforms, discounted parking, and more perks aimed at enhancing their work experience and well-being. Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer that embraces diversity and encourages applications from minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
