The role of Host/Hostess at BoomerJack's Grill is a pivotal position where energetic, experienced, and polished service industry professionals can thrive and enjoy their work while making a competitive income. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering an enthusiastic and memorable greeting that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience. In this role, you will coordinate the flow of business within the restaurant by organizing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and providing accurate wait times and information about events. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, engaging restaurant setting. Job Duties
- arrive at work on time, in uniform with a polished appearance
- provide an all star, fun guest experience that begins with an enthusiastic greeting at the front door
- listen to the guest and provide all star service that's just for them
- coordinate the flow of business within the restaurant by organizing reservations, seating guests, and providing accurate wait times and event information
