40North Group is currently hiring a Host/Hostess to join their dynamic team. This role is critical as the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Manage guest seating and ensure efficient flow of the dining area
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
