You will be the first point of contact, creating a positive first impression that encourages repeat visits. Important aspects of the role include managing reservations using an electronic reservation system, maintaining an organized waitlist, and assisting customers with inquiries or special requests. Additionally, you will help ensure that the front desk and waiting area remain clean and well stocked, including takeout menus, retail items, and gift cards. Your contribution will extend to assisting waitstaff by providing water to customers when needed and ensuring that paper products in the restrooms are replenished. This role requires strong multitasking skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, often standing for extended periods.
