Job Description

This role is a full-time, non-management position focused on supporting food and beverage operations to enhance the guest experience. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services that make dining at The Ritz-Carlton not just a meal but a lasting memory. This includes setting tables, assisting the kitchen staff, maintaining clean work areas, and replenishing supplies. The position demands a dynamic individual who can stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while managing various physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.

The Guest Service Support Expert must adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct, upholding the company’s quality and safety policies. This position is essential for creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • open availability preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds independently
  • capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
