The role of Host/Hostess at SodexoMagic within the DELTA SKY CLUB at LGA Airport is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $21.85. This position requires open availability as shifts may vary, providing flexibility to accommodate a range of scheduling needs. As a Host/Hostess, you will serve as a warm-welcoming ambassador and key experience facilitator, playing an essential role in creating a memorable visit for every guest. Your dedication and passion for customer service will directly impact guests’ satisfaction, helping to maintain the high standards that SodexoMagic is known for.
In this role, the Host/Hostess greets and seats guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each visitor feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. You may also assist with payment processing and support other service team members to deliver total guest satisfaction. Essential duties include responding promptly to guest concerns or requests and maintaining punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts. The position may require flexibility, as some duties can differ depending on specific client needs and business requirements, providing a varied and engaging work experience.
