We are currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. In this role, you will be the essential first and last touchpoint for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment from arrival to departure. This position requires excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with standing for extended periods and handling physical elements of the job such as lifting trays.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with guests
- Proficiency in managing reservation software such as OpenTable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- Previous host or hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting trays when needed
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage OpenTable reservations and coordinate seating to optimize service flow
- Assist guests with special seating requests whenever possible
- Communicate table availability and wait times to guests in a professional manner
- Provide menus and introduce guests to their server upon seating
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and menu area
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and handle reservation inquiries
