This full-time Host/Hostess position is based at the Cathay Pacific Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), offering a competitive pay rate of $24.50 per hour. Working afternoon and evening shifts with varying days, this role is integral to ensuring that guests receive warm welcomes and a memorable experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will act as a welcoming ambassador, greeting guests with friendliness and courtesy while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Your responsibilities include seating guests efficiently, assisting with payment processes as requested, and communicating effectively to address any guest concerns or requests, ensuring total satisfaction. You will be expected to attend your scheduled shifts punctually and demonstrate reliability and adaptability in a dynamic lounge environment.

The role requires a team-oriented individual who nurtures a healthy and safe working environment. Though prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with zero to one year of related experience will find this position rewarding, supported by a flexible and supportive work setting.
