Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior hospitality experience, preferably in full service dining
- ability to obtain TIPs certification or state food handler’s card
- ability to work flexible schedules including varying hours
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- appropriate grooming and dress according to club standards
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- prior hospitality experience, preferably full service dining
- ability to obtain Club required certifications or licenses such as TIPs or food handler’s card
- effective communication skills in English
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- knowledge of restaurant operations including staffing, member relations, and etiquette
- ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Greet and escort members and their guests to tables
- answer telephone and manage the floor plan
- support service staff when needed
- maintain and update the Stadium Club Chalkboard menu
- monitor special events and answer related questions
- take "To Go" and room service orders accurately
- ensure compliance with club rules and report violations
- thank diners and report feedback
- maintain open communication between members, guests, management, and staff
- assist in training newly hired employees
