The Host/Hostess role at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is a pivotal position that serves as the guests’ first point of contact, embodying the warm and welcoming ethos of the resort. We are looking for charismatic, customer-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, guest-centric environments and are passionate about hospitality. As a host or hostess, you will have the opportunity to greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, escort them to their tables, provide menus, and assist with inquiries, all while maintaining an organized and efficient seating arrangement system.

This role also involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and seamless service, managing reservations and waitlists, and resolving any guest concerns professionally and promptly.   • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Assist with taking reservations and managing the waiting list
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
