Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu, specials, and restaurant policies
- address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- be attentive to guest needs including special requests or accommodations
- handle seating for large parties and special events with care and efficiency
- manage restaurant reservations including confirming, modifying, or canceling bookings
