Job Duties

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

  • assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu, specials, and restaurant policies
  • address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • be attentive to guest needs including special requests or accommodations
  • handle seating for large parties and special events with care and efficiency
  • manage restaurant reservations including confirming, modifying, or canceling bookings
