Job Requirements
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests as well as understand requests for assistance

- an appetite for learning and great food
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
- no degree required, high school graduate or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- demonstrated passion for providing extraordinary service
- ability and willingness to learn continuously about the menu and service procedures
- capability to work flexibly across various shifts
- ability to maintain composure and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- possession of a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
Job Duties
- Keep track of sections by walking the floor to monitor tables
- communicate effectively with servers, guests, and management
- help keep the establishment manicured including tables, bathrooms, and floors
- greet guests warmly with a smile and by name when possible
- place menus and silverware for each guest
- ensure guests are seated comfortably
- know the menu and establishment promotions thoroughly
- communicate effectively on the telephone including handling reservations
- complete special projects assigned by management
