Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the casual restaurant industry preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Familiarity with POS system preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

- Greet both arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner
- Seat guests efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant flow
- Assist in managing guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Support restaurant team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entry and seating areas
- Assist with any special guest requests or accommodations
