high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a fresh dining experience
demonstrate genuine hospitality and welcome every guest at the door
engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly
introduce guests to their server
manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to set accurate guest expectations
sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
clean and sanitize guest touchpoints in the restaurant
