They accurately estimate wait times during busy periods and manage the flow of the dining room by observing and tracking table statuses. Additionally, the Host/Hostess may support take-out operations by filling to-go orders when applicable.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have or obtain California Food Handler certification
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
- Must be able to read English
- Must be able to hear accurately
- Must be able to see clearly
- Must maintain clean uniform including non-slip shoes, socks, black non-denim pants, company shirt and apron
- Must practice daily hygiene including bathing and use of deodorant

- Must have or obtain California Food Handler certification before commencing work and maintain it throughout employment

- Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Demonstrates personal ethics, values and commitment in the work environment
