Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be friendly and great with guests
- Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
- Strong guest/customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to learn and remember guest names
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Communicate effectively with serving staff to ensure timely seating and flow
- Engage with guests through small talk and personalized interaction
- Utilize restaurant POS software to manage guest seating and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
