Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, twist and perform physical tasks
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle cash transactions securely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience
- basic cash handling knowledge

- ability to read and interpret seating charts

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
- maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- assist in setting up and maintaining dining room areas
- manage reservations and seating times
- liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
- perform cashier or bus person duties as needed
- follow cash handling policies and maintain security
- refill beverages and maintain service areas
- assist with cleaning and stocking tasks during downtime
