Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • ability to handle cash transactions securely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience
  • basic cash handling knowledge
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to read and interpret seating charts
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables
  • maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • assist in setting up and maintaining dining room areas
  • manage reservations and seating times
  • liaise between kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
  • perform cashier or bus person duties as needed
  • follow cash handling policies and maintain security
  • refill beverages and maintain service areas
  • assist with cleaning and stocking tasks during downtime
