Job Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Ability to memorize floor plans and service steps
Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Greet guests with a welcoming and energetic welcome, promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness of entryway, including glass doors and entryway floors
Sanitize menus after use
Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
Report any maintenance issues immediately
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to stand for 10+ hours
Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
Coordinate seating assignments with servers and bussers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
