Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a welcoming and energetic welcome, promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness of entryway, including glass doors and entryway floors
  • Sanitize menus after use
  • Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand for 10+ hours
  • Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
  • Memorize floor chart, table numbers, and steps of service
  • Coordinate seating assignments with servers and bussers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
