- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Greet residents and guests, manage waitlist and reservations
- Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards
- Accept meal calls and dining inquiries
- Serve customers with proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
