Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and manage seating arrangements
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate guest waitlists
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance and waiting areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to manage guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly
- Support the team in daily restaurant operations as needed
