Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Tabit POS is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Familiarity with Tabit POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
  • Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
  • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
