Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a host in fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
  • Manage guest seating efficiently and courteously
  • Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
  • Support team leadership and positive conflict resolution
