Job Requirements

- Answers restaurant calls professionally
- Maintains neat, organized workstation and entrance
- Completes host opening and closing sidework
- Keeps restrooms clean and stocked
- Communicates effectively with team and management
- Notifies management of guest or team issues timely
- Washes hands every 20 minutes and maintains sanitation
- Works with team to uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Supports all front-of-house functions as needed
- Exhibits friendly and attentive guest service
- Communicates positively with team and management
- Provides exceptional service throughout shift
- Has strong communication and multitasking skills
- Completes all tasks for exceptional guest experiences
- Basic reading, handwriting, and seating software operation
- Minimum age 18 unless state law states otherwise

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Can reach, bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs

- Basic reading and handwriting skills
- Ability to operate restaurant front door seating software
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner while acknowledging all guests within five feet of the location
- Seat guests based on their seating preference when possible
- Rotate seating with different servers to ensure even workloads and prompt service
- Provide departing guests with a warm salutation thanking them for their visit and inviting them to return
- Support service team members by bussing dishes, sanitizing, and resetting tables as needed
- Manage the placement of guests within the entrance area to enhance experience and ensure safety
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly professional manner
- Maintain a neat and organized workstation and entrance area
- Complete hosting opening and closing sidework
- Ensure restrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Notify management of any potential issues with guests, team members, or wait times
- Wash hands every 20 minutes and maintain sanitation standards
- Support front-of-house functions recognizing their impact on guest experience
- Exhibit a friendly disposition, attentiveness, and provide exceptional service throughout the shift
- Operate restaurant seating software and assist in shift change setup
