The role of Host/Hostess at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is an essential front-of-house position that requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills. As the initial point of contact, Hosts and Hostesses play a critical role in shaping each guest's dining experience by offering a warm welcome upon arrival and a friendly farewell upon departure. This position involves managing guest seating efficiently by providing accurate wait times and offering alternative seating options, such as bar seating, to minimize guest wait periods and enhance their overall satisfaction.
