Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- one or more years of experience in food service or hosting roles
- proficiency with POS and reservation software
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- willingness to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet all members and guests with a warm, gracious welcome
- seat guests efficiently while considering preferences and table rotation
- provide menus and inform guests of their server upon seating
- manage reservations and accurately quote wait times during busy periods
- coordinate with service staff and kitchen to maintain a smooth guest flow
- answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and respond to inquiries
- maintain a clean and organized host area and dining room
- monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints courteously, and thank guests as they leave
- support the team by jumping in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations
