This role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $18.00, emphasizing solid pay with room for career advancement. The Host/Hostess position is perfect for individuals who are people-oriented and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. As a North Italia Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their comfort from the moment they arrive. Your duties will involve managing guest flow in a way that balances customer preferences with restaurant needs, facilitating an efficient and pleasant seating process, and helping maintain the immaculate appearance of dining areas. Through on-the-spot interviews conducted at our Walnut Creek location, prospective employees can take swift steps towards joining our team and benefiting from flexible scheduling, hospitality training, health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage (available after averaging 25 hours per week), as well as paid time off and discounted shift meals. Additional perks include a 35% discount for employees dining with guests and eligibility for up to 50% next-day pay, subject to exclusions.
