The hotel's commitment to excellence is reflected not just in its stunning architecture and luxurious accommodations but also in its dedication to providing guests with personalized, memorable stays through expert hospitality and attention to detail.
The position offered is a key supervisory role within the hotel's dining services, focusing on maintaining the exceptional service standards that Loews Regency is renowned for. This role involves managing and overseeing restaurant activities, particularly in the absence of the Manager, to ensure smooth operations and an elevated guest experience. The supervisor will handle the reservation book meticulously, coordinating guest seating efficiently while maintaining guest history files to enhance the personalized service for repeat customers.

Monitoring the dining room's appearance and resolving any deficiencies swiftly is vital to uphold the hotel's high standards.
This supervisory position also requires direct involvement with the dining staff, supporting servers and assistants to achieve service excellence. Post-meal responsibilities include assigning side work and ensuring all dining areas are returned to a state of readiness for upcoming service periods.
