Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • valid Food Handler's Card applicable in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival and departure
  • notify guests of wait times and manage seating using a computer system
  • lead guests to their tables, distribute menus, and offer final greetings
  • answer phone inquiries regarding menu, reservations, and restaurant information
  • address guest complaints using the AIM method - Apologize, Investigate, involve Management
  • communicate clearly in written and verbal forms
  • maintain a guest-focused attitude while multitasking
