Job Requirements

  • High school education preferred
  • Valid Food Handlers Card in states including California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia
  • Ability to greet and interact with guests enthusiastically
  • Skills in operating computer seating systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle guest complaints appropriately
  • Capacity to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
  • Ability to operate computer systems for seating
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth
  • Manage waitlists and notify guests of wait times
  • Operate computer seating system
  • Escort guests to tables and distribute menus
  • Answer phone and respond to guest inquiries about menu and reservations
  • Handle guest complaints by applying AIM (Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management) approach
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
