Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for managing waiting lists
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe dining environment

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests at the door with genuine hospitality
- Seating guests promptly and engaging in friendly conversation
- Introducing guests to their server
- Managing the restaurant waiting list during high-volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest touch points in the restaurant
- Thanking guests sincerely upon their departure and inviting them to return
