Job Duties
- Take thorough reservations using Open Table
- Answer phones and relay messages efficiently
- Greet guests with hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus
- Ensure menus are clean and current
- Maintain professionalism and friendliness
- Acknowledge guests as they leave
- Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
- Operate cash register as needed
- Attend required trainings and meetings
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and food service experience
