Valid RAMP/TIPS certification recommended
Ability to stand and walk regularly

Job Duties

Take thorough reservations using Open Table
Answer phones and relay messages efficiently
Greet guests with hospitality, lead them to tables, pull out chairs, and provide menus
Ensure menus are clean and current
Maintain professionalism and friendliness
Acknowledge guests as they leave
Act as liaison between kitchen and dining room
Operate cash register as needed
Attend required trainings and meetings
Deliver exceptional hospitality and food service experience
