Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills

ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
basic knowledge of restaurant operations
ability to pass TSA background check

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests warmly
manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
maintain a clean and organized host station
provide accurate information about menu offerings and restaurant services
assist in managing guest flow during peak periods
uphold safety and TSA airport security protocols
