Job Requirements

Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
Mobility required during the entire shift
Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chair up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift
Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant

Job Duties

Greet both arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner
Seat guests and assist in maintaining overall guest flow
Open doors for guests arriving and departing
Accommodate special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, and disabilities
Manage the waitlist when the restaurant is full
Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned cleaning tasks
Fill out the feature board and inflate balloons
