- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and open the door for each guest
- monitor open dining sections to identify empty and cleaned tables
- estimate wait times accurately and manage the guest waiting list
- answer telephone calls and assist with reservations
- move tables together to accommodate large parties
- card patrons as necessary
- ensure guest needs are met while waiting
