Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication skills
customer-oriented attitude
ability to stand for extended periods
basic computer skills
previous hospitality experience preferred

Job Qualifications

excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
friendly and welcoming personality
strong organizational skills
basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
manage waiting lists and reservations efficiently
assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
support team members in peak business hours
