Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage waiting lists and reservations efficiently
  • assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and services
  • coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating arrangements
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • handle guest complaints or concerns professionally
  • support team members in peak business hours
