Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Seat guests according to set protocols and timing
- Manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Provide guests with friendly and heartfelt thank you as they leave
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Communicate effectively with serving staff and management
- Resolve guest inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel
